Jessica and Todd: A Verona Island Wedding

Jess and Todd were married at Todd’s parent’s home on Verona Island.  The weather report called for rain, but it was sunny with blue skies during the ceremony!  We had to book it into the tent shortly after the ceremony, though- we had a crazy rain storm, followed by a beautiful evening!  The wedding coordinator was Amber Small of Sweetest Thing Weddings, and the flowers were done by Todd’s mom, the owner of Island Flowers.  Here are a few of my faves, or view their slideshow here or their gallery here:

I absolutely fell in love with Jess and Todd’s dog!  He was an honorary member of the wedding party and was so well behaved!  I’m pretty sure that my dog would have eaten the flowers and then followed his nose to the tent to eat the food…

I have been waiting anxiously to view the wedding pictures of the best wedding Verona Island has ever had! Perfect day, spectacular location, beautiful grounds and gardens, stunning flowers and a couple very deserving of this day surrounded by all who love them. It is a day I will never forget and now we have these wonderful photographs as a reminder of just how special August 16, 2008 was for us! These pictures are phenomenal! You definitely captured that whole wonderful day very well! The pictures of the gorgeous bride and her dashing groom are awesome as well as the scenic shot of the lit-up tent with the moon overhead. This was quite and event; an inspirational couple, a magical day, perfectly-timed weather, gorgeous setting, lovely flowers and fun people all captured by a shooter that i don’t even recall seeing. We have been to weddings where the photographer seemed to think he/she was the most important person there, whose arrogance got in the way of the art; not so with this lady. Nice job. Hope to see more of the photos.
