I photographed Abby and Colby’s engagement a few weeks ago, and after speaking with them at length about the design of their wedding, I was so excited to see it on the big day.  The design, courtesy of Christina Tonkin of Christina Tonkin Interior & Events (who was also the set decorator for the hit shows Gossip Girl and Sex & The City) was stunning, and of course the location itself (Point Lookout in Northport, Maine) was incredible.  Add to that a relaxed (and beautiful!) bride and groom, and you have an absolutely amazing wedding. Everyone was fabulous to work with- the wedding party was fun and stayed on the dance floor all night, and the families were wonderful.  The flowers, courtesy of S. Scollay Custom Floral Designs, were absolutely gorgeous, and the cake (by 3 Dogs Cafe) was both beautiful and tasty!  All in all it was an absolutely perfect wedding.

Dianna and Jess were married at the Equinox Resort and Spa in beautiful Manchester, Vermont.  Dianna and Jess met senior year in college while they were both finishing up at Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration.  They were surrounded by their friends and family as they exchanged their vows at the beautiful church in Manchester village, and then we headed over to the Equinox for an incredible night of food and dancing.  Dianna and Jess didn’t just have one cake- they had a dozen different cakes so that their guests could choose their favorite kind!  It was definitely a hit at the wedding, and once they started serving the cake the line never died down!  They also had an amazing band- Soho- and they kept the dance floor packed all night long.  Many thanks to Andree Kehn who second shot for me.  Here are a few of my favorites from this beautiful Vermont wedding:

Jessica and Jimmy were married at the beautiful Playa Fiesta Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.  They traveled with their closest friends and family from New Jersey to hold their destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta.  I really enjoyed working with them- I photographed their wedding on Friday and then we ventured into Old Town Puerto Vallarta for a True Romance shoot on Sunday (aka a Puerto Vallarta post shoot or trash the dress).  We had a wonderful time, and then Jess and Jimmy headed up to Punta Mita for a few days of quiet before returning to the States.  As you can imagine, I loved the details in this wedding (believe it or not, purple is my favorite color!), and the purple flowers turned out beautifully.  Jess and Jimmy also chose to have a Cuban band come and play for a few hours during the reception, and they also had fire jugglers.  And, of course, they had me set up the Photobooth- I love their wedding photobooth pics- they had such a fun group!  It was a beautiful wedding, and I had a wonderful time.  Congratulations, Jess and Jimmy!  Here are a few of my favorite photographs from the day:
