I had so much fun photographing Reilly’s senior portrait session last night at Reid State Park! Reilly, who will be a senior at Winthrop next year, wanted his senior pics at the beach, so we headed off to Reid. I thought it was going to rain all day, but about an hour before we started the session the skies cleared and we had one of the more beautiful evenings we have had in a while. Here are a few of my faves from the session:
I photographed Abby and Colby’s engagement a few weeks ago, and after speaking with them at length about the design of their wedding, I was so excited to see it on the big day. The design, courtesy of Christina Tonkin of Christina Tonkin Interior & Events (who was also the set decorator for the hit shows Gossip Girl and Sex & The City) was stunning, and of course the location itself (Point Lookout in Northport, Maine) was incredible. Add to that a relaxed (and beautiful!) bride and groom, and you have an absolutely amazing wedding. Everyone was fabulous to work with- the wedding party was fun and stayed on the dance floor all night, and the families were wonderful. The flowers, courtesy of S. Scollay Custom Floral Designs, were absolutely gorgeous, and the cake (by 3 Dogs Cafe) was both beautiful and tasty! All in all it was an absolutely perfect wedding.

I photographed Billy’s senior portraits a few days ago and I had a great time! Billy is going to be a senior at Cony High School- I photographed his sister a few years ago when she was a senior, and it was nice to catch up with the family again. Like his sister, Billy is easy-going and has a quick smile. Here are a few of my favorites from the session:

Leah and Lenny were married on one of the most beautiful days that we have had this summer! They held their destination wedding at Sebasco Harbor Resort, and it was so much fun from start to finish! I loved hearing the story of how they met (through work!) and then were able to take their relationship public when Lenny pursued a different job opportunity. I also loved that they included their parents and siblings in so many different ways in the wedding day- from the preparations to the bridal party to the reception, it was so nice to see two close-knit families celebrating together.
It was also nice to work with such a great team of vendors- Marianne at the Sebasco was incredible- it seemed like she was everywhere at once! The flowers were designed by Emily Carter of Emily Carter Floral Designs, and the video was shot by Sara McCormick of McCormick Media. It was such a wonderful team to work with, and I had such a fantastic time at the wedding! Here are a few of my faves from the day:
